Good visibility into shipment status. I like being able to pull up one place and see where something is in the delivery process. The tracking number on every label makes it simple when I need to reference a shipment later. I mainly use the desktop side and it has been dependable. My only complaint is that the layout takes a little getting used to. Once I learned where things live, I stopped thinking about it.
Decent tracking view, but not perfect. I like having the current delivery progress and the older shipment history in one place so I can compare what happened. When the status changes, it is usually clear what it means. But sometimes I have to refresh a couple times before I feel like I am seeing the latest update. For day to day checking, I can work with it, I just wish it felt a bit more immediate.
Really easy to check delivery status. I use it to see where a shipment is without calling anyone.
