I've used CEVA for about a year and a half. Their U.S. warehousing and e-commerce fulfillment works fine, but the monthly bill felt like a moving target - sneaky accessorials and peak-season surcharges pushed costs up more than I expected. After nine years driving in the Northeast I can tell when I'm paying for convenience rather than real value; it's reliable, but I'm not convinced it's worth the extra cash.

After nine years driving company trucks across the Northeast, I thought I knew how to roll with delays - then Hub Group taught me otherwise. A load showed “ready” on Hub Connect for a noon pickup; I sat at the terminal from 11:30 to 3:45 while dispatch kept promising a trailer that never arrived because the pickup yard hadn't actually loaded it. No one updated the system, no detention paid, and I lost a full day of pay plus got dinged by the consignee for missing a tight window. Slick app, empty reality - cost me money and a trucker’s patience.

The live tracking blew me away - seeing ETAs shift in real time made dispatching way less of a guessing game. After nine years running the Northeast, those minute-by-minute updates and photo PODs cut the number of calls I get in half and saved a ton of time at crowded docks. The app’s map is clean and quick to read, so I can check progress between stops without getting distracted.

What I liked most was how their support actually stayed on my side when a broker ghosted - the rep stuck with me over three calls and got detention pay confirmed. After nine years hauling in the Northeast, it's rare to get someone who follows up like that; saved me a headache and a few hundred bucks. App can be glitchy sometimes, but their people make up for it.

I appreciated the warehouse automation at DHL Supply Chain - that fast sort line actually works - but the scheduling system totally flaked the night my trailer sat in their yard for six hours because the local planner had double-booked the dock. After nine years driving the Northeast I can handle waits, but the radio silence and getting passed around between three different supervisors with no ETA was infuriating. When it works it's pretty slick and they handled detention pay quickly, so I'm torn; good tech, flaky people-side execution.

I've been hauling for a small regional fleet in the Northeast for nine years and switched some lanes to TQL after getting burned by a previous broker. Their TRAX tracking actually shows live updates so I don't have to call dispatch every other hour - that alone cut out a ton of stress on long hauls. Not perfect (paperwork and invoices can be a pain), but compared to my old broker it's a solid step up.

and when my last pharma load got hung up at the docks, KN Login kept pushing live ETAs so I didn't waste half a day sitting at the lot - that visibility saved me real time. Support answered when I called, but honestly the tracking was the one thing that made the whole run work for us out here in the Northeast.

Last Tuesday my trailer sat at the Newark terminal for eight hours because their customs team missed the paperwork cutoff; we missed a 10AM appointment and the consignee bounced the load. I've been driving nine years around the Northeast and watching the app show 'in transit' while nobody answers my calls was infuriating - I ended up eating detention that hurt the week's pay. Two stars because the dock crew did what they could, but Expeditors' silence and sloppy filing cost me time and money.

The appointment scheduling system is the thing I noticed first - slick app, clear time windows, but it also ate up half my shift. After nine years hauling around the Northeast I like the idea: a confirmed slot should mean quick turnarounds, yet too many times the slot gets pushed or the dock’s locked and the app still says ‘confirmed,’ so you’re stuck waiting. Love the concept, hate the surprise downtime - useful when it works, maddening when it doesn’t.

...the money actually hit my account right when they said it would. Rate wasn't eye-popping - kind of middle of the pack - but the fuel surcharge they paid and the on-time Navisphere payout made those Northeast runs worth it after nine years driving; not fancy, but I got paid and that's what matters.

I've used it for three years. After nine years driving in the Northeast, their seller support still managed to leave a pallet unlocated for a week - endless holds, canned replies, and no real escalation; I spent time on calls that cost me fuel and missed runs. We were billed storage for inventory that never hit shelves, and getting refunds has been a circus. Not worth the headache.

Bottom line: getting started was way easier than I expected - I was booking my first spot within hours. The onboarding wizard walked me through each step (upload DOT and insurance, quick ID check) and those clear prompts are what really made me happy. Only gripe: the mobile layout hid a couple fields so I had to hop on a laptop once, but it didn't hold me up long.
