...thought bulkTMS would keep loads straight but it crashed in the middle of a harvest rush and nuked an open order. My three trucks sat idle four hours, lost a $500 load, app kept loggin me out and suport never answered - cost me fuel and nearly a week's pay, really pissed off.

Support is awful. Had a driver sit for 10 hours after a routing screw-up - I run three trucks in the Southwest - support took 48hrs to responce, sent the wrong fix twice and I ate about $380 in detention and a pissed-off broker; canned emails and no follow thru, totally wasted my day.

Bottom line: getting PCS TMS live was a disaster - setup took two weeks and cost me money. Onbord docs made no sense, suppot was glacial, and Cortex tossed one truck an extra 120 miles (≈$400 in fuel) and a lost shipper; had three trucks in the Southwest trying to switch and now I’m back to paper.

Yesterday Magaya duplicated a booking into two invoices and my driver sat 3 hours at the yard because the system showed the load as unpaid - cost me about $420 in detention and a pissed-off broker. We run three trucks in the Southwest and after four years on a simple cloud TMS that never did this, switching to Magaya has only added admin and errors, it was supposed to pull quote info but it definatly mangled the invoice/reciept flow.

Partner onboarding on OpenText Business Network actually got us connected to a new broker overnight - their reach is crazy and that one success paid for the month. We're an owner-operator with 3 trucks in the Southwest and the mapping UI is glithcy with cryptic error msgs and slooow ticket replies, so i'm torn: huge potential but a frustrating, buggy process, definately a 3/5.

Owner-operator with 3 trucks in the Southwest, four years on the road. Switched from my old TMS thinking Infios would finally tie things together but it keeps reassigning runs and double-booking - cost me two late fees and a deadhead worth a tank of fuel, support took days to respnd and dispatch is slower than before, big step back for me.

and the mobile app freezes every time I try to update a PU or change ETAs - gps wont refresh so dispatch never saw the fix and I missed a delivery window, paid a $225 detention and lost the shipper's trust. syncing is painfully slow on my phone so with 3 trucks i'm on the phone all day, totally pointless.

…for the price it was a no-brainer - the carrier connectivity alone found cheaper loads and cut deadhead so fast my three-truck outfit in the SW basically paid for the subscriiption in two weeks. Worthit, cant believe I waited this long.

Used it for 18 months. Paid an $8,500 implementation fee plus $650/mo and it never paid back - clunky planning and billing glitches cost me about $1,300 in extra miles that quarter and support took days to answer, so for a three-truck owner it was definately not worth the sticker shock.

The first day we went live the app misassigned two of our trucks to the same route and we lost an entire afternoon of deliveries. I'm an owner-operator with 3 trucks in the Southwest and getting started was a nightmare - setup dragged two weeks, the driver app woudln't sync GPS half the time, support sent canned replies, and I ended up paying about $450 in OT and one pissed-off regular.

Price is steep for small operators - the monthly fees hurt. But it really does shave route time and cuts the constant callbacks, so for my three-truck outfit in the Southwest after four years in the biz I'm kinda torn; worthit? only if you can swallow the cost or hate headaches more than money.

Used HelloTracks for about 2 years, and last month one of my drivers got rerouted by the app into a dead-end dirt road - GPS jumped, ETA flipped from 20 mins to 2 hours and the customer started blowin up my phone even though the driver finally got a photo proof of delivery; kind of a mess. I'm an owner-operator with three trucks in the Southwest so delays cost me, and while the POD pics and driver chat saved us that day the flaky routing and missed customer notifcations leave me anoyed and torn about keeping it.
