Owner-operator, 3 trucks in the Southwest - Circuit's mobile app crashes every afternoon and nuked a 12-stop route yesterdy, leaving my driver fumbling with paper and costing us two late deliveries. ETAs are way off and the reroute logic is clunky, turning a quick fix into 30 extra miles and angry customers - totally unacceptible for daily ops.

not perfect but they keep me moving. thats the job
Used them for about a year - their customer support is why I stuck around: my dispatcher answers texts at 2am and actually gets brokers to correct pay mistakes, saved me a load payment once that I thought I'd never recieve. I run three trucks out of the Southwest and it's one less headache, they follow up even when brokers ghost you.
