Support was great - got a real person on the line in about 10 minutes and they cleared a billing hold that had one of my trucks stuck. I'm an owner-operator with 3 trucks in the Southwest and after 4 years messing with other TMS thier rep actually followed up and fixed the paperwork quick, tho the mobile scan still flubs sometimes.

Used it for 6 months and Fretron's live-tracking is useless - gps pings freeze for hours and it kept showing drivers "on route" while they were parked, cost me two detention feees and a lost weekly account. I run 3 trcks in the Southwest with 4 years experience and that busted ETA killed my margins, straight up garbage.

Bottom line: getting started was a nitemare - their TMS hookup never linked to my system, onboarding docs were useless and support ghosted me for days; I missed two loads and lost about $900, wasted a whole afternoon trying to get it to book anything.

Bottom line: LoadPilot auto-assigned the same truck to two pickups at once and I missed a 10am load - lost about $1,000 in revenue and got hit with detention. The scheduling screen showed both jobs like it was normal, support answered after 5 houres and I had to pay a driver O/T to try and fix it, total cluster.

Bottom line: Aljex failed when I needed it most - the tendering timed out and the load board stopped returning carriers so we missed two paid loads that week. Support was slow, invoices got stuck in limbo and I burned hours on phonecalls instead of driving; not reliabble.

Bottom line: Turvo's POD/document upload is a nightmare and cost me over a week's pay when invoices couldnt be sent. Files show "uploaded" but never attach, no error msgs and the broker notification never fired - sat on unpaid loads while I chased support for days, total mess.

…that auto-assign carrier feature is broke - it auto-matched my driver to a hazmat load he ain't certified for, we missed the pickup, lost a $450 load and got slapped with a $125 rebook fee; I'm an owner-operator with 3 trucks in the Southwest and that bug cost me a day's pay and a ton of wasted fuel, plus suppprt took forever to respond.

Bottom line: the mobile app is unusable - crahses every other update and loses GPS so dispatch thinks I'm off-route, I missed pickup windows and got nailed with a $300 detetion fee last week. Tried to upload bol photos and signatures twice and they vanished, delayed billing and cost me time and cash; can't run three trucks like this.

Used RigBooks for about 9 months and I'm torn - compared to the old Excel/WhatsApp chaos I ran, its IFTA reports and document storage actually save me hours. But dispatch/load-entry feels clunky and slow so I still pop open my spreadsheet when I'm running my 3 trucks in the Southwest; frustating.

Yesterday a dispatcher error nuked a load and my driver was already two hours out - support jumped on a call, dug into the order, fixed the billing flag, re-dispatched and even rang the broker so it didn't get canceled. I'm an owner-operator with 3 trucks in the Southwest and after 4 years of messing with different systems that one-call, no-fluff suport sold me - they literally saved a payday.

...didn't expect much, but for the price it's been worthit - simple dispatch controls that actually pay for themselves. I run 3 trucks in the Southwest and the time I saved on papres covers the monthly fee, so pretty happy with the value.
