Bottom line: Maersk delivered when I needed it - container cleared customs and hit the dock on time. I run three trucks in the Southwest and their tracking actually kept me from wasting a drive: one load was flagged early for inspection and they sorted the paperwork so my driver didnt sit for 12 hrs, customer service was slow on the phone but the reliability saved me money.

Customer support is awful - calls go to voicemail and the online portal kept saying "in transit" while my driver sat for two days at the bordr. I run three trucks in the Southwest and after four years in the game we got slapped with an $800 detention fee with noone answering emails or calls, cost us real money.

When my Phoenix-bound load got flagged for a dwell at a Dallas crossdock last month their live-tracking portal showed which trailer was stuck and let me reroute a different truck in about 15 mins - saved me a nasty deadhead, I run three trucks in teh Southwest so that 15 min save mattered. Portal lagged once and the map went jittery but support fixd it real quick, so 4/5.

Three-truck owner-operator out of the Southwest - Hub Group usually hits their intermodal windows and Hub Connect's tracking actually helps me plan. But when a last-minute truckload reshuffle hit I sat idle a day with drivers frustrated and pay lost; theyre reliable somtimes and flaky other times, so it's a tossup imo.

I've used Schneider Logistics for 4 years; their load visibilty portal is the one thing that stands out - when it works it saves me hours and prevents deadhead, but more often it lags or spits wrong ETAs. I'm an owner-operator with 3 trucks in the Southwest and that hit-or-miss tracking leaves me torn: love the rare clarity, hate the guessing when I'm on the clock.

When a pallet showed "delivered" on their tracker but never arrived last Friday, their support put me on hold for two hours then gave three different stories and no fix. I run 3 trucks in the SW and that lost us a day plus a detention fee - repsonse emails ignored and cust serv just kept passing me around like a hot potato.

Owner-operator with three trucks in the Southwest - paid for 'fast' loads on Uber Freight and after their fees and slow payouts my net was barely above break-even, not worth it. Hiddden fees and awful rates cost me about 25% of margin and a week of cashflow, total ripoff, won't use again.

Too expensive. I run three trucks in the Southwest and after paying a premium for their 'visibility' and promised on-time windows I still got slapped with a $450 detention fee and a few phamtom accessorials - definately not worth the cost or the headache.

Bottom line: their support actually answers and fixes problems fast. Had a load double-booked last month and my rep called me back in 20 mins, rerouted it and saved a deadhead - I run three trucks so that quick callback mattered, suprised they moved so quick even when Navisphere acted up somtimes.

Three trucks, four years in the Southwest - I'm an owner-operator and CoyoteGO failed me when I actually needed it. Tried to accept an "available" run but the app froze durin accept, the load vanished, I deadheaded 80 miles and lost about $400 plus a late fee, support took hours and fixed nothin - not reliable.
