Too expensive. I run three trucks in the Southwest and after paying a premium for their 'visibility' and promised on-time windows I still got slapped with a $450 detention fee and a few phamtom accessorials - definately not worth the cost or the headache.
They sent me to the wrong dock the first week I signed up - wrong BOL, truck sat for six houres while the rep "escalated" nothing. Onboarding was a nightmare: their portal kept timing out, i faxed the same insurance cert twice and customer support had me on hold so long I missed a delivery and paid about $350 in detention. I've been an owner-operator in the Midwest for 12 years and havent seen setup this clunky, wasted time and money, won't be rushing back.
