Bottom line: Truck Dispatch 360 ended up costing me more than my old dispatcher - their booker pushed lower-paying loads and was slow to confim with brokers. I run three trucks in the Southwest and after switching my avg pay dropped about 10–15¢/mi, drivers sat around waiting and we burned extra deadhead, so I lost real dollers every week.

75 reviews · average 2.5The first load they booked for me after sign-up showed up in my portal within 48 hours - I wasn't expecting that. Onboading call was short, Carlos walked my night driver through the broker app and we were hauling the next day; I run 3 trucks and have 4 yrs in the Southwest so that fast start actually made me happy, tho pay-tracking still needs work.
What I liked most was the reliability - it got me a smae-day load when I was deadheading and short on cash. I run 3 trucks in the Southwest and after 4 years in the biz it's nice to have a board that actually delivers, but a few listings had stale numbers so I had to call aroung a couple times.
Owner-operator with three trucks in the Southwest - one Wednesday a pickup sat showing “en route” for two hours while my driver was on the dock and the app wouldn’t let him update. By the time Dispatch Circle's suport fixed it we ate a $250 chargback and lost that lane, I'm pissed.
Used it for 4 months. Mobile ap keeps freezing mid-booking and GPS drops so often I missed a $925 load and ate a detention fee; dispatcher helped eventually but two hours on the phone and cash gone - awful day-to-day usability, just buggy and unreliable.
...switched from Samsara and honestly it's a mixed bag. Tracking is cleaner and the maintenance reminders actually stopped one breakdown, but the alerts are annoyngly floody, fuel reports aren't as deep as I hoped and support can take days - I run 3 trucks in the Southwest and after 4 years of trying different gizmos I'm torn, works better in some ways but worse in the stuff I cared most about.
Bottom line: customer support is the reason I'm stuck with GPS Insight - sometimes brilliant, often maddening. I run three trucks in the Southwest and had a tech stay on a 45min call to fix a weird GPS config, but emails take days, tickets get auto-closed and I'm constantly chasing them; great personel on the line but teh queueing/case mgmt is a mess so I'm torn.
Bottom line: the geofence alerts are useless - constant false triggers and 5–10 minute GPS lag cost me a $300 missed-load fee and hours wasted re-dispatching. I'm an owner-op with three trucks in the Southwest and suppport just shrugged and blamed "signal", left me eating the charge.
…when one of the trackers went flaky last month the support tech stayed on the line and walked me through a reset until it showed a clean signal - saved my day. I run three trucks out here and getting a real person fast (who even knew our route IDs) made a big diff, billing portal could be friendlier tho.
Geotab support called me back within an hour and the rep actully walked me through clearing a bogus engine fault over the phone - saved me a tow and a whole day of downtime. Owner-operator with three trucks in the Southwest, four years on the road, and finallly a support crew that speaks plain english and fixes stuff fast.
Used it for 8 months - compared to my old simple dispatch app it felt like a step back: ETAs were off by 30–60 min and the route optimizer sent drivers on weird loops that added miles. Cost me a same-day account and about $250 in extra fuel this month, support was slooow and buggy so I wont be renewing.
