Support is awful. Had a driver sit for 10 hours after a routing screw-up - I run three trucks in the Southwest - support took 48hrs to responce, sent the wrong fix twice and I ate about $380 in detention and a pissed-off broker; canned emails and no follow thru, totally wasted my day.
...setting up PCS Dispatch Manager didn't feel like a full-time job. The visual drag-and-drop board is what sold me - I had drivers and lanes mapped out in an afternoon and actually enjoyed tweaking routes instead of fighting menus. Took a bit longer to sync my ELD and a third-party load board, which is why it's not perfect, but mostly smooth and exactly what I needed out here in the PNW.
