Consistent customer notifications. We rely on the automatic status messages so receivers know what is happening, and the updates have been accurate. The wording templates could be more flexible, but it meets our needs.

Clear exchange and refund progression. We can follow each return from drop off through the next steps with minimal confusion. I appreciate how consistent the status history looks day to day.
Reliable delivery insights in one place. I can review late patterns without digging through multiple sources, and the reports are easy to follow. A small improvement would be more export options in the same view.
Not satisfactory for tracking accuracy. We observed delivery status updates that did not align with what our carrier contacts reported. I require consistent post purchase visibility, and this did not meet that expectation. I will reconsider if the data quality improves.
Label creation is convenient, though I had minor workflow confusion. I can generate labels quickly once I am in the right spot. The first day felt less intuitive than I expected and I had to trial and error my way through it.
