Consistent customer notifications. We rely on the automatic status messages so receivers know what is happening, and the updates have been accurate. The wording templates could be more flexible, but it meets our needs.

Solid proof of delivery capture overall. I like that I can pull up the completion details without hunting through texts or photos. The flow on the driver side is mostly smooth, and it keeps things consistent across runs. I did have a couple moments where the upload felt slow on weak signal. Still, it has been reliable enough for what we need.
Pretty decent for route planning. I like tweaking routes quickly, but I wish the controls were a little more intuitive on first use. We got it working, just took some clicking around.
