Reliable dispatch execution view. We use it daily to monitor status updates and keep our plan aligned with what is happening on the road. I would like a bit more flexibility in how certain reports are filtered, but overall it is well organized.

Very dependable for proof of delivery. I have had consistent results capturing photos and signatures, and it keeps everything organized per stop. My only complaint is that it takes a moment to train new drivers on the process.
Decent for status updates, but not perfect. I can mark stops quickly and see the change reflected, which I appreciate. At times, the app does not respond on the first tap and I must repeat the action.
Tracking feels inconsistent from day to day. I can usually find a status, but the updates are sometimes delayed enough to be confusing. For a carrier, that lack of clarity is frustrating.
