Not satisfactory for tracking accuracy. We observed delivery status updates that did not align with what our carrier contacts reported. I require consistent post purchase visibility, and this did not meet that expectation. I will reconsider if the data quality improves.
Solid post purchase visibility overall. I can follow shipments end to end in one place, and the status flow makes sense when I am checking a batch of orders. The real time progression is the part I trust most, especially when shipments are moving through multiple touchpoints. I also like that it stays focused on delivery updates instead of cluttering the view. One small gripe is I had to spend time dialing in how the customer notifications read so they sounded like us.
Decent tracking, but not always consistent. I like having one view of shipment progress, and the status updates are easy to follow. Still, I have seen cases where the real time update feels a step behind what I am seeing elsewhere, which is annoying. It is workable, just not perfect.
