Onboarding was painless - they had our EDI tied into their system in five days and a rep actually drove out to our yard to walk the drivers through pick procedures. For a dispatcher managing 10 trucks in the Northeast, that hands-on start made day one feel like week three.

When shelf life was shrinking and a store needed same-day delivery, Alliance came through - their real-time tracking showed a reroute happening and the load hit the dock on time. Saved my bacon managing ten trucks across the Northeast; after two years they're the carrier I call when timing can't slip.

Right when a customer accidentally shipped the wrong pallet, Saddle Creek's portal flagged the mismatch and their ops rep rerouted the pickup before my trucks hit the yard. Saved our 10-truck run out of the Northeast a wasted round trip and a ton of headaches - billing could be clearer, so I'm giving four stars.

Last Wednesday one of our rigs hit unexpected bridge closures and the receiver demanded an immediate revised arrival time. CJ Logistics America's live GPS-driven ETA updates pushed to my team and the customer within minutes - I run ten trucks in the Northeast - and it turned what looked like a 12-hour blowup into a two-hour replan.

Two years in and managing ten trucks around the Northeast, I found getting started with ITS oddly hit-or-miss. Rep got us into port drayage lanes quickly which helped the bottom line, but the onboarding paperwork and their clumsy portal meant the first month felt like constant troubleshooting.

Bottom line: getting started with Redwood was clunky and took way longer than expected. I dispatch ten trucks in the Northeast and after a week of back-and-forth paperwork and a half-broken RedwoodConnect setup (a rep eventually untangled it), we finally moved loads - I'm grateful for the help but the ramp-up burned time I didn't have.

Bottom line: getting set up with SEKO was neither quick nor a disaster - honestly stuck somewhere in the middle. Their sales rep and paperwork moved fast, but tying their visibility portal into our TMS dragged on, API docs were thin and tech support needed pushing; as a mid-sized regional dispatcher with ten trucks and two years in the northeast, those wasted weeks really mattered.

I've used Priority1 for two years. Their cloud TMS lets me grab live tracking and rates myself - way faster than the broker we had before, and that one change noticeably cut idle time for my trucks.

Their mobile app actually gives timely load status and driver ETA updates that save me phone time when it behaves. But for our 10-truck Northeast outfit the map freezes and filters forget preferences during peak hours, so it's handy and infuriating at the same time.

The first time I called with a Friday-night, last-minute freight their onboarding rep had my account live and the PEAK portal showing tracking before my driver left the yard. I'm a dispatcher with ten trucks in the Northeast and two years of experience - that fast, no-drama setup sold me on Ascent.

Two years in, one of my trucks nearly missed a same-day parts run because a container was held up at customs; FedEx Logistics' brokerage team jumped on the file, sorted the paperwork overnight with a single phone call, and our driver was rolling at 5 AM so the shop didn't lose a shift. That quick, no-drama fix is exactly why we keep using them.

Dispatching ten trucks in the Northeast, I hit a snag last week when a grocery pallet was misrouted and a store deadline loomed. Capstone's support rep stayed on the phone until the pallet was tracked and rebooked, which saved me hours and kept my drivers from sitting idle.
