Used it for about six months. I'm an owner-operator in the Midwest with 12 years on the road and the price is what keeps me booking - last run paid $1.75/mi all-in and after fuel I still walked away with a real paycheck, so for me it was worth the tiny extra time to check loads. Kinda clunky sometimes but that rate made me keep comin back, def saved me money.

I drive in the Midwest and after 12 years solo I still get nervous about deadhead and this did exactly what I needed, quick fix and the payment portal handled the paperwork so I could keep drivin. Not perfect but definetly a 5/5 from me.
Last Tuesday my load sat at the dock for three hours because the carrier never got the pickup notice - Shiptify showed it sent but the alert never arrived. I could pull the BOL and messages in one place which actually helped when I had to prove timing, but the quotes/notification side flaked and support took forevr to answer so I lost a day. Been an owner-operator 12 yrs in the Midwest, so i'm torn: handy when it works, real headache when it doesn't.
Customer support was the best part - they actually answered fast and didn't pass me around. Had a weird routing rule that wouldn't save, called in and Eric stayed on the line till it was fixed and even emiald step-by-step notes after; saved me a headache that afternoon. The TMS UI is a bit clunky and the moblile view acts up sometimes, but good support makes it workable for my Midwest runs.
Used it for about six months and the support has been a nightmare. After 12 years on the road in the Midwest I rely on fast help; when their GPS glitched and ETA put me at the wrong terminal I waited 48+ hours for a canned reply - by then we missed the load and I ate a $900 detention plus a broker fee. Reps seem clueles and just bounce you around with no follow-up, I'm done with them.
Bottom line: their support is what sold me - real people who pick up the phone and actually know freight. Had a nasty billing glitch the night before invoicing and Maria from support stayed on the line for an hour while we dug through carrier rates, contracts and a messed up rate table, then mailed me a step-by-step fix so I could finally get some sleep. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the mobile app still freezes on me sometimes, but they fixed the billing mess quik so I'm happy.
Two weeks ago my Monday pickup never showed up in the system - FreightWise went down right when I needed to tender a refrigerated load, and the tracking stayed blank for six hours. After a dozen years doing Midwest runs that outage cost me a $250 detetion fee and an angry plant manager, had to rebook at night and eat the margin. Support was slow and the app wouldnt let me tender a new carrier - felt like betting on tech that flopped when it mattered.
Owner-operator, 12 years in the Midwest, been running Aljex about 9 months. Price is the real hangup - license + support + add-ons stack up quick and for a solo guy the ROI's murky; carrier tendering works and saves me a bit of time but not enough to justify the monthly burn. Kinda torn: if you have a bigger shop it prob pays off, for me it's definately mixed and I'm still shopping for somethin cheaper that covers the basics.
...needed a carrier confirmation at 2am and Tai actually sent the ping so I didn't have to wake anyone - huge relief. The auto carrier comms are the reason I kept using it, carriers usually respond and the loads keep moving. Had one billing hiccup last month but otherwise it's been solid and definately cut down my late-night headaches.
