Bottom line: Magaya cuts down double data entry but it's pricy for a one-truck guy. I run one truck out of the Midwest and after 12 years I can see the value - pulling quotes straight into bookings and invoices actually saves time - but the licensing and monthly fees plus setup support costs made me pause, so i'm pretty torn. Maybe worth it if you scale up, but for me it's a 3/5; it works, just definately feels like overkill and too expensive right now.
