Pretty solid for catching exceptions early. I like how it pings me when a shipment looks off, instead of me staring at updates all day. The alerts can be a little noisy at first, but once I tuned them it was good.

Nice and simple driver app. Our drivers picked it up quick and I like that I can see their progress without a bunch of extra steps. A couple screens feel crowded, but it works.
Pretty smooth day to day. I like being able to see where the driver is in real time without digging around. The map updates are quick, though the first login took me a minute to figure out.
Pretty handy for return updates. I like seeing the return shipment status in one place, but the notifications can feel a little noisy. Once I tweaked my expectations, it was fine.
Nice post purchase view for customers. I like how the tracking page matches our branding and looks clean. I did have to poke around to find a couple settings.
Honestly, I got fed up fast. I tried tracking a few inbound packages and the status info did not look current. I kept second guessing what I was seeing, and I stopped using it.
Pretty frustrating when scans get missed. We had a couple packages where the tracking log was incomplete, and I could not tell what happened in between. I ended up double checking with people manually, which defeated the point for us.
Label creation is straightforward. I can print what I need without digging around, but the layout options feel limited.
Not my favorite desktop experience. I kept getting lost in the order screens and it felt clunky. I just wanted a simpler view of what was going out.
Pretty smooth for tracking orders. I like having shipment updates in one place so I am not jumping between tabs. The dashboard is clear, though it took me a bit to find the alert settings.
