Pretty frustrating when scans get missed. We had a couple packages where the tracking log was incomplete, and I could not tell what happened in between. I ended up double checking with people manually, which defeated the point for us.
Really solid for basic visibility. I can quickly check where a shipment is in the internal handoff, and that helps me stay calm. Sometimes the wording feels a bit wierd, but it is easy enough.
Super easy to keep track. I just scan and later I can see who had it last, which I really like. The labels took me a minut to get right, but now it is fine.
Reasonably helpful, but not perfect. I appreciate the centralized view of delivery progress across locations, yet the reporting is not as clear as I expected. We can work with it, but it takes extra attention.
