Better than I expected for daily check ins. I send location and quick notes without much fuss, and it usually stays connected. Once in a while the app needs a restart to wake up.

Routing has been pretty solid for us. I like how it lays out the run without me doing a bunch of extra work. Sometimes it takes a bit to get the route view to show what I want, but it is fine once set.
Really solid truck routing most days. I like that it keeps me on roads that make sense for a big rig and not random shortcuts. The ETA feels pretty close most of the time, though traffic spikes still throw it off sometimes.
Decent, but the live tracking feels hit or miss. I like seeing stops update in real time, but sometimes it lags and I am not sure what is current. It works, just not as smooth as I wanted.
Honestly, the photo capture is the best part. I just snap it and it attaches to the stop. I had to poke around a bit at first, but now it feels natural.
Honestly, the VPOD part is nice. I use it and it keeps things simple at the door, though I wish the confirmation screen was a little clearer.
Good coverage out west, but limited elsewhere. We run a mix of regions and I like it when shipments stay in the western states. Once it goes outside that footprint, I have to adjust expectations.
Really happy with the photo proof of delivery. I can snap a quick pic and move on, and it is easy to pull up later. My only nit is it takes an extra second to load the camera sometimes.
Not happy with the driver app. We kept getting stuck on proof of delivery steps and it would not sync right away. I ended up chasing updates manually.
Kinda annoying when the GPS acts up. I’ll be driving and the movement tracking jumps around, so my status looks off.
Pretty happy with the way it handles shipment details. I can type everything in right there at the dock without juggling notes. My only gripe is it feels a little busy on a small phone screen.
Setup was easier than I expected. We followed the steps and it started taking usable measurements pretty quickly. I did have one small snag with positioning at first.
