Not loving the mobile app. I tried using it in the field and it kept making me log in again, so I stopped relying on it.

Pretty handy map, kinda noisy alerts. I like checking the live location when dispatch asks, but the geofence notifications can get spammy. I had to tweak it a few times before it felt usable.
Pretty happy with the temperature graphs. I check it on my phone and it makes it easy to see if the trailer stayed steady. Only gripe is it can feel a little busy when I am trying to find one specific trip fast.
Really reassuring for temperature-sensitive loads. I like being able to check the condition info while freight is moving without guessing. The only nit is it took me a day to trust the readings and stop double-checking.
