Pretty solid for catching exceptions early. I like how it pings me when a shipment looks off, instead of me staring at updates all day. The alerts can be a little noisy at first, but once I tuned them it was good.
Good data consolidation, uneven accuracy. I like seeing sensor and carrier updates together in one place, but sometimes timestamps come in out of order and it makes the timeline confusing. Support docs helped me understand what I was seeing.
Simple tracking view I trust. I can check shipment status fast and it stays consistent across updates.
Solid exception notifications. I can see issues pop up quickly and it is clear what shipment it ties to.
