Very reliable inventory visibility. I can check stock levels in real time and trust what I am seeing. The only minor issue is that some screens feel a bit dense when you want a quick glance.

Reliable alerting with good control. I configured customized alerts and they trigger consistently under the conditions I set. The settings are granular enough for our needs, although the wording in a couple options could be clearer.
Useful data, but the interface takes work. I appreciate the detail in the status and history views when I need to verify where a unit was. However, I found the navigation less intuitive than expected and it slowed me down at first.
Disappointing notification behavior overall. I saw repeated alerts that did not match what I considered a real temperature event, which makes it hard to treat them seriously. I also found the alert logic too opaque for quick troubleshooting. For a monitoring tool, I expected more predictable signaling.
