Solid customer notifications overall. We set the automatic alerts and the messaging is consistent and readable. I would appreciate a bit more control over wording, but the default content is acceptable.

Not very friendly for me. I got lost trying to find the latest tracking update and it felt like there were too many steps. I just wanted a simple view of where it was.
