Disappointing notification behavior overall. I saw repeated alerts that did not match what I considered a real temperature event, which makes it hard to treat them seriously. I also found the alert logic too opaque for quick troubleshooting. For a monitoring tool, I expected more predictable signaling.
Really reliable temperature alerts. I like that I get notified fast when a reefer drifts, though the dashboard took a minute to learn.
Very clean temperature history for each trip. I exported the log and it matched what we saw during the run, which I care about most. The timestamps are consistent and the charting is readable without a lot of tweaking. I did not run into weird gaps, even when the trailer was in and out of a dock. One minor gripe is I had to click more than expected to get back to the last shipment view.
Good visibility when I am away from the truck. I like being able to glance at the cold readings without calling anyone. The history view is fine, just a little busy.
