Not reliable enough for audit documentation. I observed multiple cases where uploaded media did not match the intended inspection record, which is unacceptable in a chain of custody context. I cannot recommend it until data integrity is improved.
Strong real time visibility overall. We rely on it to confirm where assets are and what condition they are in. The analytics are well organized, though I would prefer more control over how the charts are arranged.
Unreliable GPS visibility in practice. I repeatedly saw driver locations lag behind what the device was reporting, which undermines trust in the tracking view. For a dispatch tool, that is a critical miss.
