Consistent tracking visibility throughout the day. I rely on the real time delivery progress view to confirm where shipments are without switching tools. The web version has been stable for me, with only minor interface quirks.
Decent tracking view, but not perfect. I like having the current delivery progress and the older shipment history in one place so I can compare what happened. When the status changes, it is usually clear what it means. But sometimes I have to refresh a couple times before I feel like I am seeing the latest update. For day to day checking, I can work with it, I just wish it felt a bit more immediate.
Really easy to check delivery status. I use it to see where a shipment is without calling anyone.
