Good visibility, inconsistent timing. I can see how the live location and status updates feed back for tracking, which I like. At the same time, I have noticed delays before changes appear on the other end.

Strong integration with fleet telematics. We can view vehicle location and shipment progress in one place, although initial mapping took careful setup.
Unreliable status reporting has been my main issue. When I submit delivery updates, they do not always appear as updated on my end. I cannot trust it for accurate trip status without double checking.
Generally reliable for monitoring trip execution. I appreciate that I can review trip status and current ETAs in real time using the same view across assets. However, the amount of information on screen can be difficult to interpret quickly without prior familiarity.
Accurate ETAs, with some inconsistency. I appreciate having a clear arrival estimate while I am running loads. However, the ETA can drift during heavier traffic and it becomes less reliable.
