The barcode scanning workflow feels inconsistent. I can reproduce cases where a scan is accepted but does not show up in the shipment history right away. For a system like this, that kind of lag is hard to trust.
Disappointing proof of delivery flow. We repeatedly had issues with signatures and photos not attaching correctly to the completed delivery, and I had to recheck records manually. For day to day operations, that is an unacceptable reliability gap.
Buggy GPS updates most days. I can tell it is trying to track in real time, but the location refresh lags or jumps around, which makes me second guess what I am seeing. With how cloud based it is, I expected tighter consistency.
Reporting is solid and easy to read. I use it to review delivery activity without digging around.
