Super clunky dashboard sync. I expect near real time visibility, but I kept seeing inspection uploads lag or not show up when I refreshed. I would not rely on it until that is fixed.

Surprisingly smooth photo capture. I use it to grab quick pics and short clips at pickup and delivery, and it keeps them tied to the right shipment. I just wish the screen flow was a touch faster when I am in a hurry.
Nice visibility when data is messy. We pull in updates from carriers and other systems, and it usually lines up in one view without a lot of manual checking. I still get the occasional duplicate event, but it is manageable.
Pretty decent for route planning. I like tweaking routes quickly, but I wish the controls were a little more intuitive on first use. We got it working, just took some clicking around.
Fast route optimization, no drama. I can drop in stops and it gives me a clean route order that usually makes sense. I did hit a small learning curve with the settings, but nothing major.
Surprisingly nice branded tracking pages. I tweaked the look fast, and the page renders well on my phone and desktop. Minor nit, I wish there were a couple more layout options, but it is clean.

Decent notifications, but a bit finicky. I like how I can tailor the alerts to different situations, but I had to tweak them a few times to stop the noise. Once set, it is mostly hands off.
