Too many hiccups when updating status. I can handle tech, but it is frustrating when my status updates do not seem to stick and I have to recheck it. I expected fewer glitches from a closed carrier dashboard.

Pretty frustrating to use daily. I keep getting bounced around when I just want to see the load details and confirm everything matches. The UI feels like it was built for internal users, not carriers.
Decent board, payments are hit or miss. I like keeping booking details and pay stuff in one place. Sometimes the flow feels clunky and I have to click around more than I want.
Good idea, but pricing feels messy. I like being able to bid directly and keep it all in one place. I just wish the bidding flow made it easier to tell if a lane is actually worth chasing.
Super convenient when I’m on the road. I use it on my phone and the load matching feels quick and responsive. Only nit is I wish the rate filtering was a bit tighter sometimes.
Nice control over search results. I like how I can dial in equipment, location, and rate quickly, but the alert volume can get intense until you tune it.
Pretty decent, but not perfect. I like how the order updates show up clearly for me, but the sourcing step feels a bit rigid when things change last minute. I can work with it, just takes patience.
