Decent regulatory filing support. I liked that I could send questions and get concise answers, but I had to nudge them once to confirm what was actually submitted.

Pretty disappointed with the paperwork handling. I sent my info for registration and then had to keep asking what the status was because I did not get updates. When I finally heard back, it was unclear what had actually been filed, and that was frustrating.
Pretty smooth for permits, honestly. I used it to get my permits handled and it was way less confusing than doing it blind. Only thing is I wish the instructions were a bit shorter in a few spots.
