Really solid for comparing courier rates. I can pull up options fast and pick what fits without bouncing between sites. The only nit is the dashboard takes a minute to learn, but once you know where things live it is smooth.

Reasonable, but the dashboard can feel dense. I appreciate having shipping activity centralized, yet the interface requires careful navigation to find the exact shipment view I want. I can work with it, but it is not particularly intuitive at first.
Pretty happy with the tracking updates. I can see where stuff is without diggin around, and my customers get the branded page too. Took me a sec to find it the first time, but its been fine.
