Functional, but a bit basic. I like having real time tracking visible without extra steps from me. At the same time, the UI feels dated compared to newer apps. I can live with it, but I wish it were smoother to navigate.

Pretty useful, but kinda noisy. I like the real time view when I am checking where trucks are at, but the ETA stuff feels a little jumpy and I do not always trust it.
Surprisingly fast at recalculating routes. When I tweak a multi stop run, I can see the new plan and ETA logic update without a bunch of waiting. It still takes some clicks to get to the view I want, but it is solid.
ETAs are surprisingly accurate. I use it to judge arrival times and it usually tracks close even when traffic gets weird. The voice prompts could be a touch earlier, but I can live with it.
Really slick for multi stop planning. I like how quickly I can tweak the order and it recalculates without lag. The map view stays responsive even when I am juggling a bunch of stops.
Buggy GPS updates most days. I can tell it is trying to track in real time, but the location refresh lags or jumps around, which makes me second guess what I am seeing. With how cloud based it is, I expected tighter consistency.
Clean reporting view for our runs. I like that what drivers enter shows up in the same place every time, and I can trust the numbers. The only nit is the map refresh can feel jumpy.
Super smooth in the field. I like how the status updates show up instantly after I tap them, with no weird lag. Only nit is it could be a touch clearer when a send actually goes through.
Clean back office workflow overall. I like that I can follow an order from entry to delivery without jumping around too much. The screens load quick for me, but a couple labels are a bit unclear until you learn them.
Way too many hiccups in the driver app. I had drivers try to send proof of delivery and it would spin or fail, then we were stuck guessing what went through. I can troubleshoot tech fine, but I should not have to babysit it. It made field updates feel unreliable.
Not impressed with the real time sync. I update a stop and it sometimes lags before it shows on the back office side, which is super frustrating.
Not impressed with the route planning. I tried tweaking routes and it felt clunky compared to what I expected, with too many clicks for simple changes. I’m fine with tech, it just did not feel smooth.
