Super clean order tracking experience. I can pull up an order and watch it move from warehousing to the last mile without guessing. Just wish the shipment status notes were a bit more detailed.

Pretty happy with the delivery updates. I can check where an order is at without bouncing between screens, but I wish the status wording was a little more plain.
Too many false pings from alerts. I set thresholds carefully, but I still get notifications that do not match what I see on the live view.
Really disappointing reporting tools. I tried to pull driver behavior stats and the filters kept acting weird, like they weren’t applying or updating. For something this technical, I expected the data views to be way more reliable.
The real time view is smooth. I’m picky about refresh behavior and this one keeps up without me babysitting it. My only nit is the screen can feel a bit busy on a smaller phone.
