Decent notifications, but a bit finicky. I like how I can tailor the alerts to different situations, but I had to tweak them a few times to stop the noise. Once set, it is mostly hands off.

Really clean tracking view day to day. I like that everything shows up in one dashboard, so I am not bouncing between carrier sites to see where a shipment is. The delivery status updates feel current enough that I trust what I am looking at. The automated notifications are nice, but I had to tweak them a bit to avoid getting too many pings. Overall, it keeps me in the loop without being complicated.
