Setup was faster than I braced for - no weeks of waiting. I’ve been a company driver for three years on the West Coast, and when their onboarding rep actually took our weird CSV and had our manifests live in CargoWise that afternoon I was honestly relieved. That one quick import fix made the whole switch feel worth it.

Main gripe: it dropped connections at the worst times - invoices and EDI acknowledgements would sometimes timeout right in our batch windows. I work as a company driver on the West Coast and rely on the network to confirm pickups; half the time it did what I needed, but the other half I had to call dispatch because acknowledgements lagged or disappeared. Support usually sorted it after a bit and the interface is easy enough, so I'm stuck between keeping it and feeling uneasy whenever a tight cutoff hits.

Bottom line: it usually gets the job done, but when timing mattered most it hiccupped and cost me hours. Twice last month during heavy port traffic it lost live GPS sync and flipped ETAs - left me sitting at a dock while the office chased old info, and getting ops to notice took forever. Three years on West Coast runs taught me to be grateful when the feed's steady and furious when it's not.

Setup was a weird mix - downloading the app and punching in my first routes took maybe ten minutes, which felt great, but getting fully approved and linked to our dispatch system dragged on for days. After three years driving on the West Coast I’m used to clunky carrier portals, and this one sits somewhere between easy and painfully bureaucratic: some screens make sense, others need a support ticket and a follow-up call. Works fine once you're in, but the onboarding headache had me doubting the swap for a while.

...and the price actually surprised me. We switched last spring and the TMS's automated settlements cut our invoicing time in half and stopped half the billing disputes - it basically paid for itself in about two months. That one feature made my nights at home less stressed; I run company routes on the West Coast and not having to chase invoices was huge.

The photo-and-signature proof was the thing that made my shifts easier. Before Track-POD I was scribbling on paper slips and calling dispatch to confirm deliveries - now I snap a pic, get a signature, and it’s logged in seconds so customer disputes basically stopped. Night and day; it cut my paperwork in half on my West Coast runs and saved me from a few awkward phone calls.

The other day Onfleet sent me through a dead-end cul-de-sac because it thought that alley was a faster link - had to back out with a dolly and a bike lane watching me, classic. Compared to the clunky in-house tracker we used for the past three years on the West Coast, Onfleet’s route suggestions are actually smarter at times and the photo proof-of-delivery uploads go straight to dispatch so I get fewer follow-up calls. Still, the app gets twitchy in low-signal spots and the nav can be stubborn, so I’m torn - nicer in some ways but still makes me grind my teeth when it messes up.

Quick, helpful support saved me the other day. I’ve driven for a company on the West Coast for three years, and when an app routing glitch left me stuck, their rep jumped on a call, rerouted my stops, and even pushed the update to the customer - all within ten minutes. That kind of fast, real-person help keeps me using Hellotracks when things go sideways.

Bottom line: LoadStop got me better-paying, closer loads way faster than the old boards I was stuck with. I love that I can filter by pay and location so I don’t waste time on bait rates - used to spend half a day scrolling, now I can lock a decent run in an hour. On my West Coast routes that’s cut deadhead and actually bumped my weekly take-home.

I've been using Logity Dispatch for about eight months. The thing that kept me coming back was how fast my dispatcher answers - texted at midnight after a NorCal drop and got a clear plan within 20 minutes, with broker calls handled so I didn't have to. They honestly take care of the back-and-forth so I can keep driving; my only gripe is they'd sometimes fight for a few more dollars on rates.
