Main gripe: it dropped connections at the worst times - invoices and EDI acknowledgements would sometimes timeout right in our batch windows. I work as a company driver on the West Coast and rely on the network to confirm pickups; half the time it did what I needed, but the other half I had to call dispatch because acknowledgements lagged or disappeared. Support usually sorted it after a bit and the interface is easy enough, so I'm stuck between keeping it and feeling uneasy whenever a tight cutoff hits.
