Jonathon Miller's review of Onfleet Driver
The other day Onfleet sent me through a dead-end cul-de-sac because it thought that alley was a faster link - had to back out with a dolly and a bike lane watching me, classic. Compared to the clunky in-house tracker we used for the past three years on the West Coast, Onfleet’s route suggestions are actually smarter at times and the photo proof-of-delivery uploads go straight to dispatch so I get fewer follow-up calls. Still, the app gets twitchy in low-signal spots and the nav can be stubborn, so I’m torn - nicer in some ways but still makes me grind my teeth when it messes up.
