I've used it for 4 years. The mobile app's offline map caching saved me last winter when I lost signal for hours - didnt miss a single dispatch and that one feature alone was worth the fee. After 12 years on the road I like the big start/stop buttons and simple trip log, app occasinally lags but the important stuff is easy to find and use.

...that little ping when ETA changes is gold - the mobile app notifies me before a broker texts, saves the hassle of recieving a million calls. Saved me a ton of guesswork; after 12 years on the road in the Midwest I can actually plan fuel and layovers better with those quick ETA updates. Map sometimes lags and the app can chew battery on long hauls, but for day-to-day tracking it's real handy.

Bottom line: Tive's support is the worst part - they left me hanging and it cost me a $450 detention fee. I run my own truck with 12 years on the road in the Midwest and when the GPS went flaky mid-haul their chat replys were copy-paste, no escalation, no phone call, and we missed the delivery window. Tried getting a manager - crickets for two days, then a canned 'reset the device' email that didnt fix anything; total waste of time and money, won't use again.

The ETA alerts are the one thing that sold me - they pinged about a 3-hour border hold before my driver even texted, saved me a ton of back-and-forth. I'm an owner-operator in the Midwest with 12 years on the road and not having to babysit loads every hour is biiig relief. Only annoyance is the mobile push can lag and flash an older ETA for a few minutes, but it's not dealbreaking and still worth it.

Bottom line: pricey, but worth it for the ETA accuracy - it saved me from two detention fees last quarter so it pretty much paid for itself. I run a small fleet in the Midwest and the real-time alerts cut down frantic after-hours calls, thats the one thing that actually made me happy. Interface isnt the fanciest and support can be slow, but the peace of mind earned a 4/5, definatly.

…the mobile app actually saved my day yesterday. A push alert about a dock delay pushed the ETA six hours and I rearranged a pickup without calling anyone - after 12 years on the road that kind of heads-up is pure gold. Runs smooth on my old phone and the live location is the one thing I want, keeps me moving and off the clock, reallly handy.

I've been using GoComet for about 18 months. The live tracking/ETA map is what sold me - seeing the truck location and realtime ETA updates has cut down customer calls big time; it's not perfect (sometimes ETAs jump 30-45 mins) but it's been getting more accurate and is definately useful for an owner-op in the Midwest. Saves me a lot of headaches on tight delivery days.

Yesterday my container was marked "stuck at gate" and the Terminal49 support chat went totally silent for about 6 hrs. They finally called back and were nice enough, helped push an update, but the ticket showed wrong timestamps and I had to repeat everything - I'm an owner-operator in the Midwest with 12 years on the road so that extra hassle cost me a day and was pretty anoying. The dashboard gives quick ETAs so I keep using it, but their support flakiness makes me torn about relying on them full-time.

...switching from our Excel/email scramble to Tradeverifyd was night and day. The predictive supplier score flagged a second-tier vendor's trouble two weeks before it blew up and that one alert probably saved us a full reroute - definatley the feature that made me happy. After 12 years running my own Midwest operation I'm suprised how much clearer stuff is now, tho the UI is a bit fiddly and some integrations took extra work.
