Decent, but not always consistent. I like being able to message dispatch in the same place I’m checking my stops. The GPS updates sometimes lag for me, which gets a little annoying.

Pretty good, but not always smooth. I like seeing the trip progress update in real time, especially on busy days. Sometimes the ETA shifts around more than I expect, so I still double check.
Setup was easier than I expected. I got my truck info entered without hunting through menus, and it started giving clean directions right away. The first run took a bit to get used to, but it was fine.
Honestly, the stop status updates are smooth. I just tap when I arrive and when I am done and it keeps things tidy. Only gripe is it takes a second to load sometimes, but it is not a deal breaker.
Super handy for multi stop planning. I can throw in a bunch of stops and get a clean route without much fuss. The only small gripe is it takes a minute to get used to where everything lives.

Good client portal experience. We let customers enter their own orders and I do not have to walk them through it much. I wish the portal branding options were a little more flexible, but it works.
