Kind of clunky for daily order checks. I’m not a fan of how many clicks it takes to get from an order to the shipping info. It works, but it feels slower than it should.

Pretty disappointing right out of the gate. I set up geofences and the alerts kept firing late, which made them basically useless for us. I double checked the settings and it still acted weird.
Driver behavior view is handy, kinda. I like seeing the trends at a glance, but some of the categories feel a little unclear to me. I end up double checking before I say anything to a driver.
Nice and steady once it is running. I mainly watch the real time temp on the trailer and it updates often enough for me. The only nit is I had to tap around to find the view I wanted at first.
Nice and clear cargo condition updates. I check the temperature readouts during runs and it feels dependable. The status changes show up without me babysitting it. I do wish the alert wording was a bit more plain.

Kinda frustrating on the tracking. I see the GPS based tracking, but mine jumps around and does not match where I am sometimes. I do not trust it when coverage gets spotty.

Surprisingly decent for browsing openings. I used it to look at logistics and dispatch roles and the search filters made it easy to narrow down. Some listings felt a little old, but I still found good leads.
