Pretty solid for condition checks. I like seeing everything show up in a report right away with the time and location, so I am not guessing later. Only nit is the routine feels a little repetitive on short hauls.

Good visibility, but alerts need tweaking. I can watch the fleet on the map without much trouble, yet the notifications were a bit too chatty until I adjusted them. It is fine now, just took some patience.

Really like the live updates. I can check progress without calling anyone, and it keeps me in the loop. The GPS view is good, but I wish it loaded a little faster on my phone.

Kinda meh on the notifications. We turned on the automated delivery updates, but I kept seeing the same status repeat like it was stuck. It made me nervous to rely on it.

Pretty frustrating most days. I keep seeing scan entries show up late, so the chain-of-custody looks off when I check it. For something that is supposed to be real time, it feels behind more than it should.

Nice looking tracking page. I like that I can send customers a branded tracking link and it feels more professional. I still have to poke around a bit to find older shipments sometimes.

Honestly, the labels are super easy. I can print what I need without digging through menus, and it just feels simple. I wish the first screen was a little cleaner, but it works.

Pretty smooth for making labels across carriers. I use it daily and it keeps everything in one place for our shipping. Sometimes the screens feel a bit busy, but it works.

Decent automation, but a little finicky. I like how workflows can push orders along without me babysitting them. Still, I had to tweak it a few times before it behaved consistently.

Good central view of fulfillment. I like being able to watch inventory and orders together, even if I still have to refresh sometimes to see the newest info.

Not bad, not perfect. I like seeing inventory levels update in one place, but sometimes the view takes a couple clicks more than I expect. It works, just a bit fussy.
