Decent GPS tracking, but not perfect. I like being able to see where the driver is without calling them, but sometimes the location lags and I’m not sure if it is the phone or the app. It is fine, just not as smooth as I hoped.
Disappointing proof of delivery flow. We repeatedly had issues with signatures and photos not attaching correctly to the completed delivery, and I had to recheck records manually. For day to day operations, that is an unacceptable reliability gap.
Buggy GPS updates most days. I can tell it is trying to track in real time, but the location refresh lags or jumps around, which makes me second guess what I am seeing. With how cloud based it is, I expected tighter consistency.
Reporting is solid and easy to read. I use it to review delivery activity without digging around.
