Very reliable proof of delivery. I can capture what I need at the door and move on without confusion. It feels consistent from stop to stop, which is what I want.

Very disappointing and hard to rely on. I struggled to understand where to go next because the route view felt confusing for me. I needed something simpler for daily driving, and this did not meet that expectation.
Easy enough to dispatch daily work. I was able to assign drivers and see what they were doing without much training. We still had a few small questions at first, but it felt manageable for our team.
Decent day to day, yet not intuitive. I can see where drivers are, but I needed more guidance to set it up correctly. We still feel a bit lost in the dashboard.
