Very difficult for me to use. I struggled to find where to upload my documents and I was not confident it submitted correctly. The screens were confusing and I had to stop and try again later.

Booking loads is pleasantly simple. I can see what is available and commit to it without feeling lost in menus. I do wish the text was larger, but I can work with it.
Reliable communication in one place. I appreciate being able to manage messages there instead of chasing separate threads. It is not the most modern looking, but it is consistent and easy enough for me to follow.
