Noah Zieme's review of LogiNext
Solid dispatching once it is configured. We appreciate that it automatically assigns and updates without constant manual steps. I did need extra guidance early on, and the wording is not always clear.

Routing feels smarter than what we had. I check the route suggestions before dispatching and they usually make sense for the day. I do wish the optimization view was a bit clearer when there are a lot of stops.
Reliable tracking, with minimal effort. We use it mainly to follow shipments live, and the location updates are consistent. The interface is not especially intuitive at first, but it is manageable.
Pretty handy for keeping an eye out. I like seeing where the shipment is in real time without digging around. The ETA guesses are usuallly close, though I still get confused on a couple screens.
