Mostly easy to use once installed. I appreciate that I can send a quick message to dispatch without making a call. The screens are a bit busy for me, but I can manage.

Decent idea, but I found it confusing. I was able to share my location for a short period, which is useful. However, the steps to start and stop sharing were not obvious to me, and I worried I might leave it on by mistake.
Reliable for communicating arrival timing. We use it to keep customers informed without extra messages from our side. The interface is straightforward enough for me, although I needed a short walkthrough at first.
Reliable for status updates day to day. I can mark stops complete and everyone sees it without confusion. The screens are plain and easy to follow for me. I do wish the buttons were a little larger.
Dispatching is simple once it is set up. We assign work quickly and the drivers pick it up without much confusion. The screens could be a bit less busy for new users.
Reliable for delivery proof capture. I can take a photo and get a signature without much fuss, and it shows up where it needs to. I am not very technical, so I appreciate that the screens stay simple.
Solid for getting signatures captured correctly. I use it on a tablet and it is generally straightforward, though the screen can feel a bit busy at first.
Simple to follow in daily use. I can see where deliveries stand without digging through multiple screens, and the ETAs are usually sensible. The proof of delivery flow is straightforward for our drivers. I did need a bit of help at first to understand the terminology.
