Mostly easy to use once installed. I appreciate that I can send a quick message to dispatch without making a call. The screens are a bit busy for me, but I can manage.

Disappointing experience with the mobile workflow. I found the driver steps unclear and difficult to follow. This resulted in inconsistent status updates on our end.
Decent idea, but I found it confusing. I was able to share my location for a short period, which is useful. However, the steps to start and stop sharing were not obvious to me, and I worried I might leave it on by mistake.
Reliable for communicating arrival timing. We use it to keep customers informed without extra messages from our side. The interface is straightforward enough for me, although I needed a short walkthrough at first.
