Simple to use for job management. I can see what I am assigned and update progress without confusion. The phone interface is clear enough for me, even without much tech experience.

Very dependable for digital signatures. We use it daily and I can confirm the signed delivery record without much effort. The screen is simple enough that our drivers did not need much training.
Clear photo capture is the main benefit. We use it to document freight condition and it keeps the images tied to the shipment details. I would appreciate slightly larger text on the mobile screens, but overall it is easy to handle.
Frustrating to learn without guidance. I kept getting stuck trying to capture shipment details correctly, and the process was not intuitive for me. We ended up back to manual notes more than I expected.
