Label printing is pleasantly simple. I do not like complicated tools, and I was able to generate labels without much trial and error. The screens are clear enough for me to follow.

Love having everything in one dashboard. I can monitor shipments end to end without bouncing between carrier pages.

Reasonable, but the dashboard can feel dense. I appreciate having shipping activity centralized, yet the interface requires careful navigation to find the exact shipment view I want. I can work with it, but it is not particularly intuitive at first.

Pretty happy with the tracking updates. I can see where stuff is without diggin around, and my customers get the branded page too. Took me a sec to find it the first time, but its been fine.
