Solid help with ongoing FMCSA compliance. I needed someone to keep my safety filings in order so I was not guessing what to send and when. They explained the paperwork in plain terms and I felt like they were paying attention to my specific situation. Turnaround was generally good, though one reply took longer than I expected. Still, I am comfortable letting them handle the compliance pieces while I focus on running the trucks.

68 reviews · average 4.0Good experience overall. My LLC took longer than I expected but that was apparently the state processing time, not QuickStart. Would've liked more updates while I was waiting because I kept thinking something was wrong. Once it came through they moved on the rest pretty quick.
Reporting is the part that disappointed me. I tried to build a simple view of fuel usage by truck and it took too many clicks to get there. The filters did not behave the way I expected, so I had to redo them. I also ran into numbers that did not match between two reports. I could not trust what I was looking at.
Really solid for keeping fuel spending clean. I like being able to look back at transactions and see exactly what was bought and where, instead of guessing later. The spending controls have helped us feel more confident about drivers sticking to what they are supposed to purchase. Discounts and loyalty perks are a nice bonus when we are already stopping at those locations. My only nit is the reports can take a bit of digging to find what I want the first time.
Really solid experience day to day. I like how consistent it feels when I log in and work through my stuff, with no weird surprises. The layout makes sense after a short learning curve, and I did not have to hunt around for basics. I had one small hiccup the first week, but it cleared up without turning into a big thing. Overall I feel comfortable using it regularly.
Fuel advances have been reliable for us. I like that I can handle it in the same place as fuel payments, without juggling separate steps. The process feels consistent from one time to the next. My only gripe is the wording on a couple prompts could be clearer. Overall, I trust it when I need to use it.
The transaction detail is what I needed. I can see each fuel purchase clearly and it makes it easier for me to spot anything that looks off. The spending controls are tight enough that I feel comfortable handing cards to drivers. Reports load consistently when I check them during the week. My small complaint is the layout feels a bit busy at first.
Surprisingly clear reporting once it is set up. I can pull up transactions by driver and location and spot odd charges without digging. The controls around what can be spent and where gave me more confidence at the pump. I did have to click around to find a couple settings the first time. After that, day to day review is straightforward.
Fast updates when you keep it simple. I mainly use it to post status updates during the run, and the steps are easy to follow. I like that it keeps everything tied to the shipment so I am not guessing what load I am updating. A couple times I wondered if my update went through until I refreshed. Still, it has been consistent for me overall. I do not dread using it on the road.
Frustrating access, even after approval. I was told I could use the carrier dashboard, but getting in was inconsistent for days. When it did let me sign in, it sometimes kicked me out when I opened a shipment. I am not trying to do anything complicated, just manage the details. It made me second guess if my updates were actually going through.
Surprisingly organized for day to day use. I mainly use it to keep shipment details straight, and it keeps everything in one place for me. The status update flow is clear and I do not have to guess what step I am on. I wish the wording on a couple screens was a bit more plain, but I got used to it. Overall, I feel confident using it when I am on a Landstar load.
