Solid help with ongoing FMCSA compliance. I needed someone to keep my safety filings in order so I was not guessing what to send and when. Good experience overall. My LLC took longer than I expected but that was apparently the state processing time, not QuickStart. Would've liked more updates while I was waiting because I kept thinking something was wrong. Once it came through they moved on the rest pretty quick.
Reporting is the part that disappointed me. I tried to build a simple view of fuel usage by truck and it took too many clicks to get there. The filters did not behave the way I expected, so I had to redo them. I also ran into numbers that did not match between two reports. I could not trust what I was looking at.
Really solid for keeping fuel spending clean. I like being able to look back at transactions and see exactly what was bought and where, instead of guessing later. The spending controls have helped us feel more confident about drivers sticking to what they are supposed to purchase. Discounts and loyalty perks are a nice bonus when we are already stopping at those locations. My only nit is the reports can take a bit of digging to find what I want the first time.

Fuel advances have been reliable for us. I like that I can handle it in the same place as fuel payments, without juggling separate steps. The process feels consistent from one time to the next. My only gripe is the wording on a couple prompts could be clearer. Overall, I trust it when I need to use it.
The transaction detail is what I needed. I can see each fuel purchase clearly and it makes it easier for me to spot anything that looks off. The spending controls are tight enough that I feel comfortable handing cards to drivers. Reports load consistently when I check them during the week. When it did let me sign in, it sometimes kicked me out when I opened a shipment. I am not trying to do anything complicated, just manage the details. It made me second guess if my updates were actually going through.

The status update flow is clear and I do not have to guess what step I am on. I wish the wording on a couple screens was a bit more plain, but I got used to it. Overall, I feel confident using it when I am on a Landstar load.
